During a guided tour you will learn more about the history of Istria as well as the local varieties. All this while you visit the wine cellar and olive mill and walk through their own olive groves and vineyards.

Internationally significant olive oil region
The renowned olive oil guide Flos Olei has awarded no less than 56 Istrian olive growers in 2023. This means that Istria has been one of the best olive-growing regions in the world for years. The awarded olive oils come from 56 countries and Istrian olive farmers make up 11 percent of the 500 best producers.

- The wines and oils are accompanied by a variety of finger foods: a selection of cured meats from the region, ham and sausage, cheese, bruschetta and homemade bread
- Duration: 60-90 minutes
- Price: 37 € per person
