Our holiday home accommodates up to eight people, spread across four bedrooms, each with a double bed.

The arrival is easy by car. Up to three parking spaces are available on the property. Additional parking spaces are available within a 2-minute walk.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Villa Verde Višnjan. Therefore, the stay is also suitable for allergy sufferers.

The basic equipment includes, in addition to a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishes, dish towels, dishwasher, spices, coffee machine, spacious refrigerator with freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle), a spacious living room with dining area and couch, a large TV, free internet/Wi-Fi, a stereo system or radio, books, board and card games for all ages. Outside, there is a charcoal grill, several seating options (some in the shade), and loungers around the pool. In the bathrooms, there are plenty of towels available. Additionally, there is a washing machine for use in the annex’s bathroom. Bed linen is, of course, also included in the price.

Towels and bed linen are provided in sufficient quantity and can be washed anytime in the washing machine.

Your check-in process is straightforward via a key box at the entrance door in the courtyard, and we will provide you with the code shortly before your arrival. The vacation home is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the departure day at the latest. We kindly ask you to leave the house tidy and remove all personal items. The keys should be returned to the key box at the entrance.

The pool can be used without any issues. Please note that while the tiles around the pool are rougher than those inside the house, they do not completely prevent slipping, especially during fast movements. Therefore, as in a swimming pool, please do not run (and ensure your children do not run) around the pool – for your own safety.

The pool is maintained by the owners or managers. This is necessary on a regular basis. There are usually scheduled dates for this, which will be communicated to you and on which you can expect as a guest. However, there may also be weather- or situation-related exceptions. We kindly ask for your understanding that in exceptional cases, you may not have complete privacy on the property.

The rental price includes the final cleaning. Please dispose of your trash in the designated bins before departure and put the clean dishes back in the cabinets. We kindly ask you to leave the house swept clean and take all personal belongings with you.

We ask you to treat our inventory with care and only put used dishes away clean and dry in the cupboards. Damage to furniture and furnishings does occur and is often easy to repair. Please inform us immediately of any damage that has occurred. As a rule, tenants and fellow travelers are liable for this and are responsible for appropriate replacement or reimbursement of costs.

Višnjan offers a few shopping options, all within walking distance in just a few minutes. These include two small supermarkets with the essentials, a bakery, and a butcher.

Yes, the minimum stay is 7 nights during the high season and 4 nights during the low season.
